With the Olympics over and school starting, it’s important to think about staying injury-free as the fall sports season begins. Athletes in sports involving running, jumping, landing, twisting, and pivoting are at a higher risk for serious knee ligament injuries.
With proper training, this risk can be decreased. Training is ideally done in a supervised setting with a trainer, physical therapist, or coach to help monitor your progress.
